SOS Typing was established in 2007. The owner, Sharon Donovan (pictured left) has more than a decade of experience as a litigation secretary at large law firms in South Africa. Sharon has a team of equally professional transcription typists to assist her with large projects and tight deadlines.
As professionals ourselves, we understand the importance of accuracy, deadlines and confidentiality, and strive at all times to meet every expectation our clients may have. Our team will walk the extra mile with every client.
The process we follow:

The client will request a quote from us. This may include the client providing us with a sample of the audio, as the rates we charge are calculated according to the clarity of the recording.

Upon acceptance of the quote by the client, the client will provide us with the relevant audio files.

We will transcribe the audio files and submit a typed Word document to the client.

Payment is then due within 7 days of the Word document being submitted to client.
